How We Got Here
This business was created from a simple dream, the love of barbecue, sweat, and tears. There was a fire that was ignited when I first tried barbecue, and soon the passion for smoking began. After sharing my food, it quickly grew larger than what I had expected. When the 2020 pandemic hit, I like many others found myself laid off. Instead of feeling defeated, I used my new free time to create a customized 250 gallon smoker with my long time friend, Brandon. One thing led to another, and now we both take great pride that all of our food is made from scratch with quality ingredients.
